When you treat yourself to a product, you naturally want to receive it as quickly as possible. Please take a look at our delivery information below to see how it works.

We'll send your parcel according to your chosen shipping method.

You'll get an email confirming the parcel is on its way, along with shipping information.

You'll be asked to sign on delivery to confirm you received your purchase safely.

Delivery destinations and restrictions

Delivery is Monday till Friday, except for bank holidays. Saturday delivery is only possible in Belgium and France. The products on www.kitchenaid.co.uk are delivered across the UK, other than the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Please note that PO Box addresses and military APO addresses are not accepted.

What are the shipping cost?

The total amount of shipping cost depends on the destination and the shipping method that you choose. These costs will be shown separately in your virtual shopping cart. This means there will be no surprise at the end.

As soon as we ship the ordered goods from our Kitchenaid Warehouse we will send you an email to inform you

This email will give you:

  • the shipping information of your parcel

  • the parcel number

  • a hyperlink to track the parcel on the shipping company's website

You will be able to find the contact information for the relevant shipper on their website.

My account updates

The status of your order and an estimated delivery time can also be found in My Account on our website, where the status of your order is regularly updated. The moment your parcel is being prepared for shipment, as well as informing you by email, we also share a link in My Account with the tracking details.

My account

All items will be sent from our Kitchenaid Warehouse, located in Antwerp, Belgium. If your product doesn't arrive within the specified timescale, please contact us.

Long wait? If in exceptional circumstances, you have not received any item you ordered within 30 days of the date you received the Shipping Notification email, you have the option to cancel your order and request a full refund. Please note: shipping may take a little longer at the moment, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as Britain's withdrawal from the EU creating parcel delays.

To make sure you receive them safely, all our packages are shipped by a professional courier and must be signed for on delivery. If you're not available, you may ask another person of legal age to represent you. If no one is present at the address, you will be asked to contact the delivery service to arrange redelivery
