Designed for easy cleaning
Once you’ve finished baking your loaf, cleaning up couldn’t be easier! Both the ceramic bread bowl and lid can be washed in the top or bottom rack of your dishwasher, or in warm soapy water. If you wash by hand, just make sure to rinse them well and dry thoroughly. Then, they’re all ready for next time you want a beautiful loaf.

The bread bowl fits on your 4.3 L or 4.8 L stand mixer in exactly the same way as any other mixing bowl. It has a 4.7 L capacity, so you can process up to 525 g of flour to make a standard to large loaf of around 450 - 680 g.
