4 apples
2 pears
3 carrots
a pinch cinnamon
Step by step
Wash the fruit and carrots.
Quarter the apples and pears and remove seeds.
Peel carrots and cut them in half.
Attach the Slow Juicer attachment to the stand mixer.
Juice apples, pears and carrots with the sauce attachment fitted with the fine pulp screen on speed 4.
Add cinnamon, mix and serve immediately.
