2 shots espresso
1-2 scoops salted caramel ice cream
to taste (optional) amaretto
Step by step
Scoop 1 - 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream into glass cup or bowl.
Prepare the double shot of Espresso in your favorite cup.
Pour espresso shot over ice cream.
Tip: For an adult version, top with a splash of Amaretto
