Ingredients
200 g black olives, pitted
3 tbsp olive oil
8 anchovies filets
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 lemon, juiced
a pinch black pepper
Step by step
Place all ingredients in a jar of a food processor.
Mix on speed 2 for 30 seconds.
Tapenade should still have small chunks and be somewhat coarse.
Enjoy on a toast, with bread or crackers.
