Chocolate chip banana muffins
Never waste old bananas again, use them to prepare these deliciously moist muffins.
Ingredients
3 bananas
80 ml neutral oil
1 egg
180 g all-purpose flour
200 g caster sugar
1,5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
150 g chocolate chips
Step by step
Add the oil, egg and bananas to the jug of the KitchenAid K400 blender.
Put on speed 5 and mix until a smooth mixture forms.
Add the flour, caster sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix on speed 3 until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a mixing bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
Line a muffin tray with paper muffin cups. Divide the batter between the muffin cups. Bake the muffins for 30 minutes on 180°C.
