Brighten up any dish with this zesty herb sauce - perfect for lamb, meat, or fish!

Ingredients
30 g soft herbs (mint, flat parsley, basil...)
1 garlic clove
45 ml olive oil
20 ml lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
Step by step
Wash and pat dry the herbs. Peel and mince the garlic.
Add the herbs and minced garlic to the chopper and pulse a few times to chop.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and honey to the chopper. Add salt and pepper. Mix till the sauce becomes smooth and well-emulsified.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve fresh with lamb chops or other grillen meats and fish.
