60 g freshly ground coffee
3 tbsp sweet condensed milk
6 tbsp caramel syrup
975 ml milk
510 g ice cubes
Step by step
Add the ground coffee to the portafilter and brew 3 double espressos. Add the coffee to the jug of the blender. Add the condensed milk, caramel syrup, milk and ice cubes.
Select the Icy Drink setting and let the cycle run. Serve immediately.
Tip: Serving tip: drizzle caramel sauce on the inside of the glass before pouring in the frappe.
