Serve this salty olive spread with crunchy crostini.

120 g black olive, pitted
90 g green olive, pitted
50 g roasted red pepper
1/4 lemon
1 garlic clove
5 g parsley
60 ml olive oil
1 baguette
1 tbsp olive oil
Step by step
Place the 2 types of olives and roasted pepper in the Cordless Chopper. Juice the lemon and add the parsley, garlic and 60 ml olive oil. Turn to speed 2 and pulse 20 times until you reach the desired consistency.
Cut the baguette in thin slices and brush with the remaining olive oil. Set the Toaster to the desired brownness level. Place the sliced bread in the slots of the toaster to toast.
