1 egg
140 ml milk
30 g melted butter
130 g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp salt
neutral oil
Step by step
This recipe makes 9 pancakes.
Crack an egg into the jug of the Cordless Hand Blender. Mix for 20 seconds until the consistency turns foamy.
Add in the milk and melted butter. Mix for 30 seconds.
Sift the flour, baking powder, matcha and salt into a bowl.
Add the sifted dried ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until the batter reaches a smooth and thick consistency.
Heat up some neutral oil in a pancake pan and pour a ladle of the batter in it. Bake for 1 minute and flip. Bake the other second for about 30 seconds.
Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings.
