Delicious burgers with a Mediterranean twist served in pita breads.

Ingredients
450 g boneless chuck steak, roughly chopped
200 g boneless short ribs, roughly chopped
6 pita breads
1 white onion, roughly chopped
8 leaves fresh mint
1/4 tbsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp harissa spices
8 green olives, chopped
2 tbsp pine nuts
4 tbsp tzatziki
50 g arugula
1/2 cucumber, sliced
Step by step
Before grinding the beef, put the meat in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Assemble the Metal Food Grinder fitted with the Coarse Grinding Plate and attach it to the stand mixer.
Take the beef out of the freezer.
Combine the beef, white onion, mint, black pepper, salt, harissa spices, pine nuts and olives in a large bowl.
Put the stand mixer on speed 4 and feed the meat through the Metal Food Grinder.
Form the ground beef into 4 patties and let the burgers rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Fire up your barbecue. Place the burger on the barbecue and grill them on both sides.
Grill the pita breads.
Fill the pita breads with arugula, the mediterranean burger, tzatziki and few slices of cucumber.
