Pumpkin seed bread without yeast
Quick bread recipe made with no yeast, can be enjoyed with goat cheese, honey and herbs!

360 g white bread flour
1 tbsp sugar
1,5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
7 g salt
230 ml water
65 ml olive oil
40 g pumpkin seeds
Step by step
Add the white bread flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into the Bread Bowl. Add water and olive oil. Affix the Dough Hook to your Kitchenaid stand mixer and turn the mixer to speed 1. Knead the dough for about 1 minute or until dough forms. Add pumpkin seeds and knead for another 30 seconds.
Remove the dough from the bowl and place it onto a floured surface. Shape the dough into a boule.
Line the inside of the lid with a round of parchment paper and place the dough on it. Cover the dough with the Bread Bowl and place in the 230°C pre-heated oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the Bread Bowl to expose the bread and finish baking for 5 more minutes, or until the crust is crispy golden brown. Remove to a cooling rack and let cool before slicing.
