Ingredients
200 g frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana, sliced
3 tbsp maple syrup
200 ml milk
120 g yoghurt
5 slices fresh banana
handful fresh raspberries
1 tbsp granola
1 tsp cocoa nibs
Step by step
Place milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, frozen raspberries and frozen banana into the jug of the blender.
Mix for 30 seconds on speed 7 until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
Arrange the toppings on the smoothie.
