Ingredients
400 g silken tofu
100 g dark chocolate (70%)
12 dates, pitted
70 g unrefined sugar
pinch salt
Step by step
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
Stir chocolate occasionally as it softens.
Set aside to cool at room temperature.
In the meanwhile, in the blender combine the silken tofu and dates or sugar.
Secure lid and blend until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate and blend until well combined.
Scoop the mixture into bowls or glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
