A chewy bagel served with smoked salmon and delicious herb cream cheese is a real classic!

6 poppyseed bagels
300 g cream cheese
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
360 g smoked salmon
1 cucumber
1 red onion
3 tbsp capers
Step by step
Mix the cream cheese, chives, parsley, dill and lemon juice together. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut bagels in half. Choose the desired level of brownness on the toaster and press the bagel button. Insert the bagels into the toaster and toast.
Spread the bottom half of the toasted bagels with the herb cream cheese. Top with a few slices of smoked salmon, sliced red onion and capers. Finish off with some fresh dill and season with pepper.
