Not your average burger but a summer version bursting with sweet and herby flavors.

1.2 kg chicken breast
4 tsp pepper
6 tsp salt
100 g breadcrumbs
6 garlic cloves, minced
200 g sliced mozzarella
4 peaches
120 g pesto
24 basil leaves
Step by step
Put the stand mixer fitted with the Food Grinder Attachment on speed 6 and grind the chicken breast.
Place the minced chicken in a bowl of the stand mixer fitted with Paddle Attachment. Add pepper, salt, breadcrumbs and minced garlic. Mix on speed 1 until just combined. Form hamburger patties and grill the burgers on high heat for 4 minutes on each side.
Add mozzarella slices on top of the burgers and grill for 2 more minutes. The heat of the burger will melt the cheese.
Slice the peaches into thick slices and grill on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Cut the hamburger buns open en spread pesto on the bottom half. Place the burger patty on the bun. Add the grilled peaches and finish off with fresh basil leaves.
