Watercress sauce

Delicious watercress sauce with a summery flavour to be served over fish.
Ingredients
4 tbsp milk
150 g sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
50 g fresh watercress
Step by step
Add the milk, sour cream, salt, pepper and watercress to the jug of the blender.
Put the blender on speed 7 and mix until the sauce looks smooth.
Transfer the sauce to a pan and heat the sauce before serving. Do not boil.
Serve over salmon or white fish.
