Tools
Ingredients
300 g red grapes, seedless
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh thyme leaves
150 g goat's cheese
6 slices of dark bread
15 g walnuts, chopped
Step by step
Take the grapes of their stems and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and add the pepper, salt and thyme. Roast for 20 minutes in a 200°C preheated oven until the grapes begin to blister.
Insert the bread slices into the toaster, select the desired level of browness and press the Toast Button.
Slice the goats cheese in slices of approximately 0,5 cm thick. Divide over the slices of toasted bread. Scoop the grapes over the cheese and top off with some chopped walnuts.
