Terms & Conditions of the 90 Days Money Back Guarantee program
Please note that these terms and conditions do not impact any statutory rights, such as any legal warranty rights or any rights under the manufacturer’s guarantee.
To participate in the KitchenAid 90 Days Money Back Guarantee program you agree to the following:
1. Consumers must purchase a KitchenAid GO Appliance and/or KitchenAid GO accessory. between 01/03/2024 and 31/12/2024 (inclusive). List of KitchenAid GO models: 5KHMR700, 5KHMR762, 5KHBRV00, 5KHBRV71, 5KHBRV05, 5KHBRV75, 5KFCR500, 5KFCR531, 5KSBR200, 5KSBR256, 5KBGR100, 5KBGR111, 5KKVR100, 5KKVR121. List of accessories: 5KRB12, 5KRBC12. Accessories will be refunded only in combination with the return of the applicable Cordless GO appliances.
2. Consumers have up to 90 days to trial the product and, if not satisfied, to notify our consumer care centre if they wish to return the product within that time via email, social media channels or phone call to our toll free number: 00 800 381 040 26.
3. Consumers need to provide a scan version (or clear picture) of the proof of payment by email.
Proof of payment must contain the following information to be accepted:
Model number or product description
Quantity
Price
Country of purchase or point of sales address
Purchase date
4. If we confirm proof of payment is valid, our consumer care centre will arrange the pick- up of the product. Consumers have a maximum of 10 working days from the notification to return the product to KitchenAid unless KitchenAid arranges a later pick-up of the product.
5. A refund will only be provided once our service provider receives and checks (1) Cordless GO appliance or/and Cordless GO accessories, (2) the original purchase receipt.
The appliance must be returned with its original packaging and all included contents and accessories including chargers, etc), ensuring that it is clean and emptied of all food.
A refund may be refused once the product if, in the opinion of KitchenAid service provider, the appliance has not been used in accordance with the instruction manual.
7. Allow 30 days to receive the refund on your bank account provided.
8. This 90-day Money back guarantee is only available in the following countries:
Mainland France (excl. Monaco, Corsica and overseas departments)
United Kingdom (excl. Isle of Man and Channel Islands)
Spain (excl. Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)

Italy

Austria
