I am missing filter baskets or brush from my espresso machine, what do I do?
When you unbox your new espresso machine, make sure you haven't missed some parts. Check the troubleshooting tip below.

| You may not be aware that some items are stored behind the drip tray. The filter baskets and cleaning brush will be in the storage tray when you unbox the new machine. | To access the storage tray, push in the drip tray until you hear a click to engage the tabs and then pull out the tray to reveal the storage behind. In here, you should find filter baskets and a cleaning brush. |
