Once you contact KitchenAid to request a return, we ask UPS to send you an email.
The UPS email that you receive gives you a 48-hour link that generates a pre-filled, prepaid shipping label (so costs are taken care of by KitchenAid).
If you don't receive this email, please firstly check your spam/trash folder to see if it's there.
